This free, outdoor event invites players of all ages and abilities to enjoy casual games of chess in a welcoming, social atmosphere.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned player, there’s something for everyone — including a beginner-friendly workshop, a simultaneous exhibition, and an exciting blitz tournament. Tables, chairs, and chess sets will be provided, so just drop by and join in.
